I'm not positive, but I think I read it's retail space with nothing specific announced yet.

They are putting up 3 new retail buildings in Brownwood, this is the first.

I think it's the Food Inspectors Office moving in there so they don't waste $$Money$$ on fuel keeping an Eyeball on Cody's.

P.S. We Love Cody's at any location and aren't going to let a little lumped up report keep us from eating there.

I can't wait to see all the good stuff coming to Brownwood. The residents certainly have waited long enough.
