Default new Bungalow CYV's

Went to website and was looking at the New Home Gallery - went to CYV's - there are new Bungalow CYV's - no pic, but floorplans are available, same floorplans as the others but some w/optional kitchens and also there are tray ceilings in the MBR - no other info is available, except on the "info" button the Bungalow CYV's are described as the concrete block construction, as the Savannah CYV's are. Does anybody know where/when they are going to be available? Just curious.

Look at the villa section next to the Waterfront Inn. Floor plans are more or less the same as Savannah courtyard villas, but each house has a different facade, many in Craftsman bungalow style. I don't know if they are planning to do more villa sections like this south of 466A, but it seems likely.

Default bungalo

Our Realtor bought a bungaloo in the area next to the Waterfront Inn. His had a 2 car garage . His floorplan was like a stoneybrook but the kitchen was like a grantham and the area on the stoneybrook that would be a lanai was all enclosed as part of the living room. The Lanai was at the far end of the living room. Of course his view is of the lake.
