And apparently a new floor plan that is 4 bedroom and 2003 sq ft. But the floor plan is not avail to view yet. Don't know how they would get 4 bedrooms in that small a footprint

The bedrooms would be the same size as the closets!

I was shocked to see them also, that's good news to some future villagers. Love it down here in the southern end

Part of me is happy that some lucky folks will score their dream retirement because the cottages are the ceiling of what they can afford (like me)....part of me is sad because if the no more cottage had been correct the value of my house would escalate that a more rapid pace...some folks will be blessed for sure.

Just bought a new Anchor in Labelle, and we are SO excited! Closing is mid-March. We are not retiring for two more years (sad face) so will rent it out until then. We just couldn't pass up the great price on a new cottage. Nice big lanai, too. I do think the dining room is in a funny place, and some of the rooms are a little dark, but I'll worry more about that when we move in. Just really really excited!

That is wonderful. I love the Anchors. Nice floor plan. Congrats! We know you will enjoy it.
