Does anyone know where the new Designer Home Model Center is located?

I just receieved the September V-Mail and there is information and a brief video about it. I'm not in TV now and was curious. Thanks..

They built a new model home area in the village of St. Charles on Dutchess Loop. They most times have one of them as an open house listing, but otherwise you will need an agent. If you look at open house listings today you will see they are showing a Bougainvillea model. All the designer home are featured there.
