Default New Dollar Tree store going in on 466A/Powell Rd.

Going before the board in Wildwood today is the proposal to build a Dollar Tree store on the Northwest corner of 466A and Powell Rd.

I'm all for more shopping and restaurant choices along the 466A corridor. Can't wait for Aldi to open. Bring on a Wawa!

I doubt it. They like large metro areas where the population is stable. I must admit, as a Costco shopper, Sams is trying real hard to improve.

My wife will be excited. For some reason she likes to shop at Dollar Tree.

A Costco and Trader Joe's would be WONDERFUL in Lady Lake. They need heavy populations and good access roads.
