The secret to all similar issues is to realize when you call you usually speak to a clerk.
The clerk has no power. If, you do not like the answer ask to speak to their superior-boss.
A corporation must list their top people. You can research it on the internet. A priority mail letter costs ?? like 6 dollars and you will have proof it was delivered. It is unlikely that your issue will be handled by the company president however his or her secretary will see that it is properly investigated and handled.
Customer service. Be sure to think about the person who handles it. Such people have complaints all day long. Be polite and forceful. No one wants to help someone who writes a letter that says you, your company, and your product all stink.
