The deal fell through
Let me set the record straight. I was the one who contracted for this house. There was a slight missunderstanding about the price so I backed out. My understanding was the price was $163,156.00. Humm just one little digit off and everything goes to heck in a hand basket.
Guess I will just have to settle for my Ranch in Amelia. I am so glade I bought my house when it was a Ranch and not just a Cottage. Ranches sound so much bigger. Like the Ponderosa or Sky King Ranch.
