Does anyone know where contractors get ceil fans and ceil lighting from?

No but if you search the brand you can see who sells them. Long shot but the warranty department might know.

I think Dan's Fan City may have the same fans.

Ceiling fans? Probably from antique shops.

OP, call home warranty, they will be able to tell you the make of the fans and who installed them. Now if the root of your question is to install a light kit, I have done this for 4 Kichler fan (house original) with kits purchased at Lowe's. These seem to be standardized and I had very little trouble with the installation. One word of caution several years ago when I did this, they were selling units with an unusual 2 pin CFL lamp, which is going to be a future problem when these fail.

If they buy enough probably from manufacturer or perhaps a distributor.

Call manufacturer tells them what you are looking for and they will direct you accordingly.

When we had our light kits put in we were first told we had to buy direct from Hunter but than would up buying from Lowes who gave us a better price than Hunter.

We bought the light kit at Lowes as well. Pretty easy to install and then put LED lights in them. We did 4 or our 5 fans.

I see people on Nextdoor selling the Kichler fans that come with the new houses here quite often. I bought Progress Lighting light kits on Amazon that was a simple plug in electrically. Progress Lighting makes most of the lightning fixtures in the new houses here.

If you are looking for an electrician we used Lenhart Electric 352-748-5818 who installed fans and lights when we moved in four years ago.

You can try calling the Warranty dept but as of about a year or two ago, they only respond to request via email. You must allow 48 hours for a response. Learned this unpublished change two months ago when I needed to get grout color for an emergency tile floor repair. It was a very difficult time getting the flooring company to come back out to grout three days later.
Gone are the days when you can call up and get paint colors, fixture model numbers etc.
