Built, sold, and occupied. Probably 50% or more completed.

I do a lot of walking in the Village of Pennecamp and I am amazed how quickly the houses are going up. It is a beautiful area. In my dreams I would love to own a Premier home in Pennecamp by the lake.

Default Pennecamp is bee-yu-tee-ful!!!!

My DREAM house is either the model of the St. Augustine or the Sanibel in Pennecamp. Gorgeous interiors and to die for view. WOW.

Do I have any rich uncles?

Naw. I think all of my kinda " paid their bills" uncles exited stage right some time ago.

Does anyone know ...

Is there a recent map anywhere (on one page) showing each of the villages by name that make up The Villages? Not a street map, just a map showing all the Villages.

I used to know where to find it, but I've lost it! ... So easy to do at my age.

Barefoot:

I haven't tried this, but the relatively new Saturday Supplement to the Daily Sun called The Mix contains the kind of map you want. Probably viewable on line.

There's a North edition and a South edition.

Here is a map that is in PDF fromat that you can download. You will have to enlarge it to be able to read the detail village names. The first is south of 466 and the second is north. If the link does not take you to Districtgov.org then just copy and past the link into your URL line of your browser.

Hawkwind thank you for those websites. I was able to pull them up and enlarge them so now I have a better mental image of where the villages are located. This is really a good place to check out locations.

Thanks Hawkwind. That is a great map! I wanted to see where Pennecamp Village was. Your map shows Villages I didn't know existed .. like Buttonwood. I guess the new villages being built will be in close proximity to the new Town Centre, Brownwood.

Thanks Hawkwind..... first I had seen the villages names of buttonwood and tamarind grove. This map also shows the 5 new exec courses west of buena vista in pretty good detail.

Bare...this map still only shows development north of 466A. There's still another world to come with all that goes in between 466A and 44/44A. Brownwood will be at the southern terminus of the Villages on 44.

Default TV id building and closing 150-200 homes per month.

I am sure there is one out there for you some where. The 150 per month is their slow mode due to the so called recession. During the go-go years (2 or 3 ago) they were selling, building and closing almost 500 per month. Any contractor on the planet would love to have TV slow business!!!!!
