Great concept. I know a buddy's kid's family that lives there and they seem happy. I'm so impressed with the Morse family. Great visionaries and doers.

As an aside, I wonder. how many children total the three siblings have so we can get an idea of how many fingers will be in the pie when the next generation is doing the development. Three siblings working together is manageable. A dozen cousins maybe not so much.
