Default New models

So sorry, I am misleading you all...The Spruce is NOT new model. The new ones with no floor plans that I have found so far are: Elm; Zinnia; Aspen - I think???!!!
(Hate getting old!)

Someone must have purchased the Elm, it is off the database.

Hi tghoul! I think there is one in the $250,00 & above range - but again - there are no floor plans yet!
We'll just have to be patient for the powers that be to put up the info!

Your correct, I did not look in that price range. I went into that house Saturday and figured it would be around $275,000. It is way overpriced at $337,855.

I thought it may be a gold course view which are soooo expensive but it's not. It must be one heck of a view. Was the floor plan similar to others you've seen? We'll be arriving soon and will be looking at LOTS of models and pre-owned (hubby's idea for more mature landscaping).
Thanks for the info!

Our sales person told us that The Aster would not be available after April and that The Zinnia would be a replacement.

Default New models

Watch the paper for open houses on Paisley in St.James. They are the new models your talking about. There are actually 5. One is a vinyl version of the Begonia the other is a concrete version of Ponderosa Pine. The other 3 are new floor plans. wife and I toured them. All are quite nice, a combination of customer suggestions and designers dreams. Master Bedroom & closets are gigantic. Made some nice changes and still found some screw ups.
