Default New Premier model, the Atlanta.

We went to see a new model in the Premier series yesterday. It is an enlarged version of the the popular Juniper/ Lantana which is one of the largest Designers. This home had walk in closets in all three bedrooms and an additional 800 square foot of space over the Lantana, giving it a grand total of about 2800 sq.ft. It had a built in oven and built in wine cooler with wine storage and bar space above it in the kitchen and granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths. The master bedroom and bath is bigger and the master closet is more than double the space of the Lantana. The laundry was separated from the office area by a pocket door. The other two bedrooms were considerably enlarged over the Lantana model as well. The front bedroom had a built in window seat with storage. The garage was a larger two car with golf cart area with the typical tall ceilings. Sweetie and I really liked this model because it gave an already great floor plan more space and storage. The price was right around 448 k. (I can't remember the exact cost but it was close to that number and I have thrown away my paper from yesterday.) The lot wasn't big. This was a spec home that backed to a villa wall in Pennecamp. It was an open house but not decorated and available for sale. Unfortunately we can't make the move to a bigger house in TV right now, because it is one that we would definitely consider. We have to sell our Ohio house and our Camellia before we acquire another house.

Just wondering. We have noticed that the Camden, Mandevilla and the Juniper no longer appear in the Designer models, do you know if they are planning to add or replace these with anything else?

Many of those features you mentioned are usually add-ons - granite counter tops, pocket door, golf cart garage, etc. Was that 448K for the base model or that model as it stands?

I believe I saw the house online @$448.9k. I looked like the price included all of the upgrades. Nice looking house...
