Great job. Thank you. Very informative and worth watching each one.

More great stuff. Thanks.

very well done and informative. Confirmed what I thought previously. Any trees and landscaping will be whatever is planted during development. Does not appeal to me but that's why there is chocolate
and vanilla.

Same as the area between 466A and 44. There were essentially no trees there when they started.

Yep...don't like that area either.

It was all pasture and farm land, most of it was all cleared decades ago, the major trees that there are preserved. If you look at the Sumter County Property Appraiser - Joey Hooten - Bushnell, Florida - 352-569-6800 web site you can go back 10 years of images of the properties and see that the major trees that were there are still there today, the minor scrub in a lot of the areas has been cleared.

Is the equipment bridge that crossed over the turnpike gone now (that the farmer had)?

Nope, you can see it at about the 2 minute mark in the below video. My guess is that in the not to distant future it will be one of 3 or 4 crossing over the Turnpike.

VOSO North of Turnpike

Thanks for the drone photos.

Who the heck wants to live right by the Florida Turnpike?

vintageogauge 03-06-2018 04:42 PM

Most of the land along the Turnpike will be recreational, retail, Buena Vista to the east etc. the developers were not born yesterday. A year ago people were asking why would anyone want to live near a Federal Prison, or buy a home that wasn't connected to the other villages, they built them and they sold them and are planning more even closer to the prison and further south than ever imagined. I doubt that there was ever a home built in TV that didn't sell no matter where it was constructed and I'm sure that will continue to be the case. The last I heard there were 1100 residents in Fenney and that was a month ago.
