Starting at $168,000 for under 1,000 sq. ft. and no screened in lanais or porches, might be a lower price than other villas but really giving up a lot of stuff. You cam still buy a nice brand new 1250 sq. ft. villa with 2 car garage and screened lanai, full size washer and dryer, double door fridge, gas Samsung appliances, etc. for $156 sq. ft. I just can't see these selling except maybe to investors that will rent them out furnished short term.

Maybe I am missing something, but I think they are gone. I couldn't find them on TV website today. Someone bought these up?
