There's a covered storage shed area beside the carport and a laundry room.

We followed the MMP north until we got a very good view of the place where the new bridge will cross Route 44 and it looked pretty crazy. The new bridge will be high, and when the MMP comes downhill from the bridge it will take a sharp left turn, which could be dangerous.

to be sure there'll be a sign indicating a sharp curve ahead/slow down

anyone with any sense will honor that...those that don't, well they'll will wish they had

no different than the warning signs on the highways and byways

Criminal what they are charging for water lots in Chitty Chatty. We paid 30K for a nice water lot just south of 466.

I do not like car ports, they are from a time past and may be more common in warm weather areas than cold. I come from NJ and they are not common there. There are plenty of carports in the old section of the Villages and I suppose they work but they imply cheaper builds to me. I prefer more rules and do not want to see all the junk people put in front of their yards so a village with more regulations is what I want. I would like to see the houses at CC and will take a ride down. I do not mind change, some good, some bad.

Can't be that stupid if you can shell out or invest $500-600K in lot/home

Last group of premium lots released were sold by noon same day with backup buyers.

Love the wet lands

.
The last Premier section was The Preserve. When it opened there was a fair amount of lots sold, however it took almost 2 years to "sell out"

My Thunderbird insurance requires a lockable garage. If you had a carport ugh..you'd have to keep your car real clean..

Yeah, maybe if we had gotten closer the path would not look as dangerous. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Anyway, we will not be the ones to try it out because we do not own a golf cart.

Carports? Wow! You need steel cables to tie them down for the high winds we get. My sister has one in Volusia and my Dad had one when he was living there too. Aside from that, I wouldn't want to live in a place called "Chitty Chatty." Who names these? Good Grief! (Ron not Judy)

Always interesting to hear just how much space people FEEL they need. Our largest urban areas in the world have extremely small homes/apartments. People somehow seem to muscle through. Stuff is just stuff.

When your trying for maximum profit in development you make the lot sizes smaller. Then you have less foot print for the house so you toss up a carport.
Profit 1ST 💰💰👎

Without a two car garage with a full attic I would never have bought in TV.
