Thanks for posting. I've been wondering if a turned off hot tub can function as an inexpensive plunge pool.

A couple of the priority hots tubs are LARGE. Common sense would dictate that like most other things here.... they are well maintained. They were not put in to make people sick. They were put in for people to safely enjoy.
Thank you, I stand corrected, we appreciate the clarification.

Me too. We are working on a process of elimination. The brown SW was eliminated. This will be our third winter visit to the northern Villages. Rent in December $2,000, January $3800......might be time to buy..

I know of at least one hottub, which is in the historical side of T.V., but apparently there are more with the CC pools. With the latter you'd need a priority membership and I'm not sure that cost would warrant that.
Have any considered putting (inside their house) in a whirlpool tub?

Having lived here for a number of years the idea of sitting in a hottub in the winter months doesn't sound great. I'm thinking of when one gets out and towels off, that the air would be really cold and uncomfortable thus eliminating it's benefit. But that's just me.

I have one, but don't use it. I wish it belonged to someone else.

If it is not built in, put it up for sale. If it is built in, one of the neighbors was thinking about either covering it, and using as a decorative feature or converting to a water feature.

There are three hot tubs in The Villages but only available with the premium pool membership which gives you access to the pools at the Country Clubs. Orange Blossom Hills, Glenview Champions and Hacienda Hills each have a jacuzzi. Check this link out ---> Golf The Villages

Not accurate. Southside Neighborhood Pool has a hot tub and its not part of a CC. Anyone can use it.
