Bonus the mail station is at family pool, and the mailboxes are not square, but rectangular, maybe 4” high, and large enough for magazines and mail to fit flat. No more trying to wrench out the over stuffed mailbox.

Dog park looks ready to go, with a nice shade patio. Roads still have lots of sand, and building is ongoing 7 days a week. The roads that homes have sold are being cleaned up, if developer holds true to closing in 30 days, residents, first move in the spec homes should be in a week or two. So far only a few of custom build lots have a foundation, so looks like those closing should start first of the year.

This is our fourth house, in TV, and lived through the massive wall of dirt filtering in the air. Most of the custom lots should be completed by the time we close, so dirt should be at a minimum, unlike at our past homes.

Well said. It is a myth that "the developer" stopped building amenities before houses.

(Just like those who bought north of 44 justify where they bought...)

No one needs to justify anything. How about "explaining".

Two sides of the same coin...

It amazes us on how many never go to a new village, yet have first hand knowledge, on what is going on… If there is to be a pool, or a golf course it’s built first, or for as long as we have been visiting TV since early 2000. When we first started looking at houses we wanted to be close to a pool. We have 5 within a few minute golf cart ride.

No matter what it still amazes me how much the developer has accomplished, and look forward to things to come.
