The difference in noise here is that we all live so close to each other.

Whether it’s wind chimes, barking dogs or people speaking very loudly we just need to be considerate of each other.

I'll always pass wind on chimes, ooops, I mean I'll always pass on wind chimes. My neighbor sits in his lanai whistling like a bird for hours at at time while wearing headphones (I guess so he can't hear himself whistling like a bird). Not sure what's worse. First 15 minutes of either is fine but after that I'd prefer needles under my finger nails unless either can change it's playlist..

Yet everyone here looked at their new home, walked the outside looking at what views they would have and how close their neighbor was.

Thinking of that those who have issues with noise pollution one should have been forewarned by realizing that the homes are literally 10 From your lanai.
