How do they determine the beneficiaries for shows that support good causes? How did they choose this good cause over similar causes?

How much of the ticket proceeds are given to the charity?

Default Jeff Tracta Show

Gracie, good questions. I am a Villager just like you. I have done about 9 events in my 11 years here all for different charities. Most were chosen by other Villager's brought to my attention the need that exists. Most were for Kids causes. All of which I have checked out.We have to pay for the Venue, advertising, catering, transportation and other expenses. The rest is up to SALES, if it sells well...Charity makes out very well.

I actually did buy tickets because I did like the guy on AGT and price was reasonable compared to many other comics who have appeared here but I noticed that 12 of your total 13 posts here on TOTV are for this event. Are you a paid event promoter or just doing this in support of the charity you mentioned above? Oh, what actual charity is it?

Not a promoter, just working with the charity,
H-ABC. Go to H-ABC.org to learn more.

All of the work for this event is done by volunteers that give their time to help kids.

Thank you for purchasing tickets. Show will be great.

If you are working with the charity, how did this charity get picked by this entertainer? Who is the local parent or grandparent whose little one has this disability? How did you come to work with this charity? I have been very involved with a parent support group for a rare disorder for more than forty years and that is why I ask.
