Hello everyone...

My husband and I purchased a Patio Villa in Duval January of this year and we are officially seasonal folks. We will be heading back down to TV from New Jersey just after Christmas. Looking forward to our winter stay in this gorgeous community.

Just registered today for this forum and I look forward to chatting with all of you folks. Looks like there is a host of information that I'm certainly interested in.

Thanks to all of you who extended a warm welcome. I would love to meet you folks at the monthly luncheon at Crispers in January. I've marked my calendar so hopefully my husband and I will see you then. My sister and BIL will be arriving in TV mid January and will be looking for their retirement home there. They both have been on this forum so I'll ask them if they want to come along.

Hello Everyone-
I am Coffebean's sister, and my husband and I will be arriving in TV at the end of January. We are both new to any kind of forum, we have both been too busy working, BUT, we are looking forward to our new lifestyle and our retirement.
We will be staying with my sister and brother in law until we find our home... We are so excited and fell in love with TV when we visited in March of this year.

Hi to all above posters

This is one TOTV luncheon that i will have a breeze making because i close on 1/5/10 -2332 Baldwin Run (St. Charles village) and can move in on that date which i will do (at least boxces that i can carry in my car from my unsold condo in Stuart Fl). Just got a picture from my sales rep. the shingles are on the roof, the house wrap is on and driveway is about to be poured. This is excitement personofied
Actually this is my second TOTV luncheon lets see the first and only one i attended last winter, I met Kathy, Red Wich, Handi, Sid, Blondie and Rockin Ronda. If anyone wants to take a ride by my house going up and snap a couple of pictures and send them to me at jclark@pioneeris go right ahead much appreciated.
