Our house in Columbus, OH is now on the market. Our "For Sale" sign went up today. We will be in TV during April to see our Lot in St. James for the first time.....can't wait.

Our Lot is on Yankee Clipper Run...Lot 95. We visited TV last April. We weren't planning to purchase until sometime this year however, our sales person contacted us last Oct. and told us about St. James. We purchased the Lot over the phone. We love the location.

Welcome. There are several of us in the same boat. I think we should start a new club in The Villages called "The Waiters" or some other cleaver name. We are also from Ohio, Wilmington, have a home in The Villages and our home in OH is for sale. I will be nice when we are all down there together. We moved into St. James (lot 90) in mid January. Nice neighborhood. The folks on lot 91 are also from Ohio. The house on lot 92 directly behind your lot is completed and the house on lot 96 is completed.

My ex-wife has purchased a lot in St.James and is thrilled, she will be a great addition to TV. Sure makes it easy for our 3 kids to visit both their parents at the same time and enjoy all TV has to offer.Who knew, we would both end up in the same location, must say something about how terrific TV really is ???????

Hi Neighbors! We bought our lot in St James in January. Lot 80 on Oakcrest Path. So excited. Now we just have to sell our home her in Troy, OH and get our dream started.
What lot did you buy? No matter, we will all be neighbors and looking forward to a wonderful time with new friends/neighbors. Keep in touch.

billnterri - What part of Columbus are you from? We are from Upper Arlington. I was playing tennis recently and two Villages newcomers were from Upper Arlington and Worthington. Understand there are 700 members of the OSU Alumni Club and we haven't gotten around to joining yet.

We currently live in Lewis Center which is north of Worhington. We previously lived in Dublin. I grew up on the east side of Columbus and graduated from Eastmoor High School. We definitely plan to join the OSU club. Hopefully, we'll be in TV for football season.
