LOL there is an advantage to having two houses....our other one is 180 yards on the 12th fairway (in Georgia....anyone want to buy it?!?!?!?!). We have a kid mowing the yard and he saves all the out of bound balls. We have a fence left over from the 2 LARGE dogs we had. I guess their reputation still lingers even with them gone so no one is brave enough to retrieve the balls. I figure that if I collect 966 Calloways/day I'll be even with the cost of upkeep on an empty house. LOL through my tears

We live in Hamilton Sq, - 9 miles east of Princeton and near Mercer County College. I think you are about 20 miles north of us. We have been looking for a house in Duval too but can't do anything now with the way the market is. Hopefully we'll be there by next spring. Keep us posted on how you like Duval.

The house in near Cordele, Ga. 100 miles N of the Ga/Fla line 12 miles off I75. It is brick and has its own stocked pond with a dock. Love the house but we like TV better.

Scottke: I live in Lambertville, Hunterdon County, graduated from TCNJ (Trenton State) many years ago, so you live in my old stompin ground. It's great to see so many Jersians in TV (or headed that way). I really like the idea of living in a community with people from all over the country. Very cool.

I continue to be so excited about coming to visit TV. I was there in '97 or '98 when my kids skated a marathon in TV. I remember then thinking, "Wow, I want to come live here when I retire". Now, I'm thinking of moving there even before I retire. Go figure !!!

Jersey Girl just saw your response here. You are northwest of us. My husband is from this area orginally and went to HS in Hamilton. Me, I'm from Yonkers, NY orginally but have lived in Jersey longer than I lived in NY. Maybe we'll see in the future in TV.

I just got back from my lifestyle preview visit and couldn't agree more with ouma, it turned out to be better than I could have ever believed possible. Now I have to wait for my retirement date at the end of March to begin to make my move.

Time will now go into slow motion till then. I know in my 5 days there I only saw the tip of the iceberg. I can't wait for the full experience.

DickY - I know just how you feel. It seemed too good to be true. We went down 1 year later to make sure. We had a lot more questions....well, we close on the 30th of this month (in Colorado) and we're flying down Sept 5th to buy our Village home- run back to Colorado to pack and we leave September 22nd to trek across the USA with the movers behind us to start life in TV. We'll be there to welcome you when you move down!!!

Hello Darbyduff: Congratulations. Think I'm jealous. Coveting your Sept. 22nd date as I don't look forward to another winter in the northeast.
