Default Open the house at Night??????

GREAT WEATHER in The Villages.

Do you open your house at night???

80's & 90's during the day, but 50's & 60's at night.

Do you open up at night or do you keep humidity & pollen & dust out??

We open up every time we can.

Yes, the weather is wonderful. Open during the day but close at night.

With the temps the way they've been (warmer but low humidity) we open up during the day as well as have the windows open at night. It makes for lovely sleeping. Too soon the humidity will come with the heat so we'll have our "reverse winter" with the house closed up and constant "air" on.

I would love to open the windows but my allergies just won’t let me. More power to those that can.

We open up the slider to our birdcage and a couple windows whenever we can. Not only do we love the fresh air, but the sound of the peepers chirping in the preserve behind our house. It's nice to give the HVAC system a break.

Can't handle the pollen. When we purchased our home I removed all of the screens for ease in washing the windows and never put them back in. Several times a year when pollen is low we will open the sliders to the lanai for fresh air in the mornings. So far so good.

Yes, we do. Have been getting allergy shots, and amazingly, they’ve been working, so opening the sliders at night are wonderful!

We always have our windows open at night and often during the day with fans blowing. My wife and I both dislike AC but concede it's necessary when it gets too hot or humid.

If you try opening, there is a lock on them. Must unlock prior to sliding open.
