We have been looking at TV for a while and found a realtor we really like (Sharon Crenshaw) who has found us our "perfect" - for us, we hope! - lot. We looked and looked at both pre-owned and new already built and just could not find exactly what we wanted sooooo.... We found an extra deep lot on a cul-de-sac street (Claverton) in Buttonwood. We think we'll love it! We will begin building in 6 months and plan to move there full time near the end of 2011 when Cliff retires. We can't wait! We will certainly miss all of our friends up here but we WON'T miss the winters! So it's been cool down there this winter - it is still a lot warmer than up here! (Michigan) and we'll be much closer to my brother in Crestview. We are a happy as a couple of larks!

We have been reading TOTV frequently and are taking much of what we see to heart. I am sure that as we progress, we'll have more questions for which you are all so quick to offer your most welcome advice.
