Question Out of town notice?

After reading another thread, I was reading the deed restrictions and spyed this one.
2.20 All Owners shall notify the Developer when leaving their property for more than a 7 day period and shall simultaneously advise the Developer as to their tentative return date.

So everyone calls up the office when they leave town for vacation?
As big as TV has gotten this must be one hell of a mess keeping track.

That's a new one!

I used to tell the police when I'd be away from home, up north. Then I talked to a cop who was frequently seen patrolling my neighborhood. He said he never was told about anyone who was away!

Even if you were to comply with this DR item, I can't imagine the logistics that folks like Community Watch would have to go through! I can, though, hear them saying, "What, he's gone away again? Sheesh!"

I let a neighbor know (because they'll pick up my paper and mail - and, now, feed The New Cat) but no one else has a need to know!

I think they want to make sure you have the proper vaccines before re-entry is allowed.

Default What it tells me is, it is just another example of a bunch

of people (TV management/representatives/etc) sitting at a table and putting every imaginable idea on paper. They then have the option to enforce or pull the legal string when it is to their advantage.

In another respect like so many others it tells us the deed restrictions are more self enforced than any thing else. That means they are about as effective as.....hmmmmmnnnnn....speed limit signs in TV!

We are seasonal residents. I called Gary Morse the first summer we left TV. He said .. that he didn't want to hear from anymore dang snowbirds.

Oh, Great Fumar:

When you talked to Harold, did he tell you when he might come visit all the gazillions who have come to his paradise since he went upstairs? He's among the tops on my list of "People I'd Like To Have Dinner With!"
