Who owns the kiosk bars that are located in the square's? Does one person own all the entertainment in The Villages?

The kiosks are owned by The Developer. And the entertainment is paid for by The Developer. Ms. Vesco is in charge of all the entertainment but she does not pay the performers.

Ms Vesco is NOW the owner of the entertainment department or pays the loan thereon....as of sometime this last year.

As for the Kiosks...Susan of Woodbury....do you belong to the WCTU?
