Take input from other folk's experience. Then do what you wish. I only wish someone had warned me about the maintenance and cost. And they grow larger by the year so costs to maintain increase each year.

I have a friend who had Sunscape out of TAmpa bought & removed her tree & was paid a good sum of money. They also replace tree with another if you want. They need older trees for new land developments.

Note to self, NEVER plant palm trees, bugs love them and please notice the only mess you see in the Villages beautiful landscaped grounds are palm crap, seriously.
