Maybe they have a stall at Marion Market.

did you forget to add 'paper' at the end of the sentance or were you making a statement about the **** being given by the scaremongering press that is causing mass hysteria?

Another thing struck me. Apple and Microsoft clearly haven't successfully managed to change culture of us all going cloud based and paper free.:1rotfl:

The crazy people buying up all the toilet paper is nationwide! Every store you go to in Indianapolis is completely sold out. I don’t get it. Diarrhea is not a symptom of the Corona virus infection! Went to Sams Club today and have never seen crowds like that ever. Far more than at Christmas. There are probably 15 cash register checkouts and each one had a line of at least 10 customers. It was insane.

There’s probably more risk standing in line with the crowd than from running out of toilet paper.

DonnaNi4os 03-15-2020 09:15 AM

If you recall, this isn’t the first time toilet paper shortages occurred. Back in 1973 when there seemed to be a shortage of everything, (remember the long gas lines?), Johnny Carson made a joke that there was a shortage of toilet paper. The next day customers cleared the shelves and the price of a roll spiked.

I agree. They said use Kleenex instead of a handkerchief which makes sense yet they are buying toilet paper. I don't understand water. Our water isn't going to be shut off. I use the filtered water from our refrigerator why would we need bottled water? This is a virus. Usually we have to let a virus take its course. No antibacterial cleaning agents kill the virus. This virus isn't in the air it is on surfaces we touch. Using a Kleenex makes more sense to open doors push elevator buttons & etc but each time throw the Kleenex in a bag that you carry along. Best thing just stay home if you can. Soap & water is the best safety measure but only friction kills the virus so wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds.
