Default Patio Pad Rules

We have a nice patio cement pad that comes with the house. What kind of restrictions are there to what can be placed on it? It can be seen from the road.

I would like to place our grill and some outdoor lawn furniture on it with a fire pit.

No restrictions for these common items. No prior approval needed.

I agree with above, however if you want to enclose with a bird cage, you will need ARC approval.

Reminder to all. Hurricanes. You need to prevent your stuff from damaging your home and or your neighbors. A fire pit? Securing it? Cleaning and disposing of ash?

Default Getting the correct answer

If you want to be sure you're getting the correct answer and just not someone's opinion just call "Deeds Restrictions'' during business hours.

If the pad is in the back you can put anything you want on it.

Default Thank You

Thank you all. My mind has been placed a little more at ease. Moving time is approaching and I am feeling the stress.

The question is why would you think you can’t put a grill and furniture on a patio?
