Default Patio villa info needed

Does anyone know what the bond and taxes are on a new patio villa? I have a friend thinking of coming to the villages if the price is right but I don't have a clue what the expenses would be on a patio villa....
Thanks for any help you can give me.....

Current prices R 140-145K for most bond about 10-11K (30 years)
I want to say the taxes R <$1000

To carry 100K mortgage and ALL other costs my guess is about $1100 month.

It was 3 months ago that I was going that route (My numbers R not exact) but switched to bigger home after drinking the Kool-Aid.

Great house for the money

Are all of your zeros in the right places? Your bond is $1,300? Just the balance?
