Congrats Mikark...we are also closing on the 26th. We have purchased a resale in Liberty Park on Cedar Ridge. We're not too far away. We are very excited! We'll be picking up our new golf cart after closing. Life is Good! Took 8 months to sell our home in NH but we consider ourselves lucky since the market is still pretty slow up there.
