Do all homes in TV come with sprinkler systems or do you need to install yourself?

Nanci, I am an irrigation contractor and from what I know they all do have systems, however there could be exceptions. Hope you are well.

when i had my home built 8 years ago sprinkler systems were an upgrade so no not every home has one.
