Does anyone know what is going to be built in front of the Phillips Villas in Woodbury as you drive into the village? I see dirt being moved but nothing that gives me a clue as to what is going there.

If you mean down in front of the shopping center? That's the new Cody's Roadhouse, I don't know about directly in front. Also if you go further west on 42 past the golf course, it looks like they are now preparing the land for another 120 CYV's that I believe will connect with Calumet Grove. They had announced in the beginning there would be 300 CYV's, 180 at Woodbury and the 120 at Calumet.
