Use the cell lot. Parking is a nightmare.

Personally, I prefer the South lot for pickups at terminals B and C. The South lot also has newly opened Baskins Robbins and Dunkin Donuts stores which allows you to pick up a few extra calories while waiting to pick up the guests. AND, the restroom facilities in the stores are a lot nicer than the public ones in the cell lots.

My husband always picks me up at Terminal A arrivals even if I come in Terminal B. I never have luggage checked though. Usually easy in and out.

North Cell lot for Terminal A.

South Cell lot for Terminal B.
