We had our first meeting Nov 4th and we had two show.

We had fun and I hope the group will grow from there.

I will email the group and post here when the next meeting is planned.

I love the old pinball machines. You could get a little physical with it, shake it and hump it just enough to keep that silver ball in play without tilting it. I love that "plucking" sound when you win a game. I use to cheat sometime by putting small blocks of wood under the front legs to slow down the descent of the silver ball and let the ball float through the kickers and rack up points.

1) I’m just moving into my new house in The Villages
2) My moving truck arrives with all (?) my pinball machines
3) Neighbors are outside to see the new arrival in town
4) My pinball machines are being unloaded from the truck and into my new home.
5) Then my cars (how many can I take with me) are unloaded from the vehicle transport truck
6) I can hear the neighborhood guys saying to their other half, “Honey, I’ll be back in about 6 hours. I’m gonna hang with the new guy on the block”.
7) There! I’ve made new friends.
BTW: When I suggested that I bring my pinball machines with me, my realtor said that no one would want to play such childish games. I guess we’ve’ arrived!!
My fantasy is my new neighbor moves in next to me in Pinellas and brings 17 pinball machines. We become best of friends and solve problems of the world over martinis.

I've heard when the new First Responders Recreation Center is up and running in 2022 they will have an assortment of games to play in their game room. Pinball was mentioned as well as foosball, eletronic darts, hockey bubble, shuffleboard, etc. They wanted to do something different and this idea was accepted.

If you have some kind of pinball machine get-together I would like to give it a try, I don't think I've played since '77. I was pretty good at Pacman in the early 80's and Space Invaders. Pinball, that's been so long ago.
