Good advice.

No need to panic - there is not much one can do if a sink hole happens in your neighborhood or on your street. This is Florida and not unlike other parts of the country, Florida has a history of be subjected to sink holes just as Kansas, Oklahoma and the Arkansas corridor is subjected to tornadoes. There have been lots of sink hole occurrences in TV's. Just thank goodness it's not yours - that's all you can do. Why get excited about it? There's nothing you can do about it and there is no such thing as a guaranteed safe place.....

Nobody gets to pick which disaster might befall them despite lots of research on risks vs. benefits when choosing a place to live.

These Chicago homeowners probably never gave it a thought that simply having natural gas running to their 50 well-placed luxury homes might one day result in one of them exploding and burning, and damaging 50 other homes a few days ago.

According to Sumterpa.com the property on the corner of Yearling and Useppa is not sold or lived in?
