No, corner lots are not fair game!

We have a neighbor who drags the dog out of their yard, cross the street to use our lawn facilities. Cameras pick up each person, comes to my phone immediately. Have tried to have a conversation with video in hand. Doesn’t work.
Our lawn guy says we have more issues than any other customer, we get charged a pick up fee, before lawn is mowed, and yet we don’t have our dog here

Offended neighbors? C'mon man!!! If they feel offended by your sign, then they are not neighborlly, don't care about you and disrespect you and your property. Doesn't that offend you? They should have their mutt do their business on their own property, not yours. Everyone now a days is looking to be offended by something. You are right in not letting these inconsiderate people disrespect you. When the offenders come around, turn on the sprinklers or stand there with a shovel and deposit their poop at their house. It happened to me once, and it did not happen again. If he was offended, so be it. Don't be a doormat.

I agree with this post, you have thoughtless neighbors. If they could, they would probably let their dogs run free. You really need to confront these people without worrying about whether they will be welcoming. I for one would never want to be welcomed by them. Such a shame for a new homeowner.

Default Corner lot dog pee favorite.

We have a Villa in Marsh Bend
We must upkeep the street side on the other side of a very long wall. Turns out ALL our property lines go up to the (ALL) street edges. There are setbacks and utilities easements but ALL property owners own to the streets edge. We all must therefore maintain it or risk neighborhood nazi’s making anonymous complains that we all can ultimately be dragged into court for. We have been working hard to keep it looking nice even though we cannot see it. Every few feet the grass is burned and
Full of patches where the grass struggles to grow. I talked to DEAN’s about it. They said its dog urine, BOTH MALE AND FEMALE
BUT ESPECIALLY FEMALE as it concentrates in one squatting spot. I have talked to a couple dog owners about the problem, of course it’s never their dog as their dog pee does not damage grass.
One dog owner suggested very sweetly that we should erect a fence along the road a few feet from our villa wall.
I putter around in the garage and have seen dog owners who very nicely said they would not allow their dog to urinate in the yard,
Stop, look around and not having seen anyone let their dog go for it
In checking with the Sheriffs Dept.
We were advised that these folks can be prosecuted. Our burglar alarm cameras are now recording this. Really! At this point we are about as burned as the lawn along our property on our corner
lot. Other than upkeep we have been resisting formal complaints
but I gotta say we have just about had it!

When you get out of the house, try not to step on the mutt's "contributions.".

Since you didn’t quote off I am guessing you are responding to my post.
How would one not respect property, so others would use It as a personal dog park.
If we didn’t respect our property we wouldn’t pay someone to clean up after others. And yes there are companies who for a fee come and remove Animal waste.

My previous neighborhood had stations strategically placed throughout the complex with pickup bags and receptacles. The city picked up once a week.

No one should walk a pet without picking up after. We’ll stock up even without having a dog.

Check your deed restrictions as signs in the yard are prohibited. There are some noted exceptions but no pee/poop signs are not among them

Install a motion detector that automatically starts your sprinkler. They will get the message. Record their reaction on video so that you can enjoy it with your friends. Send it to America's funniest videos and maybe make a few bucks. Post it on here so that we can enjoy it.
