Fenney is different but I am sure has great appeal to a lot of people. It is more outdoorsy and quiet. The nature trails are very nice, better than having to walk on the golf cart paths. I do not live there but think it is a nice change of pace and will be enjoyed by many.

Why are valid criticiams considered bashing here? My best friend of over 50 years just bought there. I have no problem with Fenney. You want to live there, go ahead...but dont complain about the quarry blastings too.
Interstingly, when my friend was done with his financings, he met me at cityfire for a drink. Guy next to him saw his paperwork and asked him where he bought. My friend replied Fenny and the gentlemen said he looked at Fenney but there was nthing down there saw he boight a resale. Valid concern on his part...its not bashing...its simply the truth. |

I can't find any patio villas for sale in finney. I know they are selling. I just can't find one to look over the floor plans and the price.

The evolution of Fenney is no different than any of the new area prior to them with one exception.
Fenney, temporary, initial disconnection from the rest of TV. In that regard they are unique as the rest of TV was more like a rolling, expanding, evolving continuum. As for lack of shopping/etc we have all been through that as well....it will come. Not sure why TV developers chose to do the development of Fenney before other points north. In less than 5 years it will all be a moot discussion. The topic then will be the next expansion of TV!! |
