Our Palm Casual outdoor wicker sectional was from 2014. Once we doubled our lanai space we wanted to add to it. Still a stock set, we added end love seat, with cushions, hoping the color would match. They had the same material and piping color. Took 4 weeks, you can’t tell which cushions were 10 years old and which were new.

They also have a poly wood with sling material, which lightens up the weight.last thing I want is a chair so heavy takes two to move. It was $400 a chair

We decided to buy from Amazon poly chairs but not sling back. You can definitely see color variations that is not present in name brand poly. Plus weight is much less.m cost $200 chair.
We had to wait to put together for 6 weeks, because wrong parts in box. We got zero response from seller, for 2 weeks, had to have amazon step in. Box weight was 110 pounds so really didn’t want to return.
Took about an hour, but new parts added more to the color variation. Will keep them but sell at some point to get a better quality

We actually bought our Polywood online from Home Depot. They have several colors and good deals on complete sets. Also if you have issues you can return at any Home Depot, which fortunately we have never had any issues.

Our palm casual are so heavy, i think they wouldn't move in a hurricane. positive, they stay in position, but the area is very small, and doesn't need relocation very often. Plus the color matched the house trim perfectly.

Who knew the Amish worked in composite materials....

The Amish work with quality labor and materials so that makes perfect sense!

The Amish Store on 301 has a good selection. On a side note, we are coming from Western New York which has a large Amish population. We decided to buy the poly furniture up here to save up to 50% of the cost. What we didn't factor was how much it was going to cost to rent a truck to get it to The Villages! So while the cost is at least double in Florida you are paying for someone to get it from up North. I believe the Amish store on 301 gets their furniture from Ohio.

Be careful with quality. We have seen examples of thinner "wood" being used, especially on chairs.

Try this place in Summerfield.

Bought several pieces from him. $150 less per item compared to the store in wildwood. He delivers and sets up.

Look on Amazon and Walmart site. They are manufactured by same people as expensive stores but half the cost. Look at number of reviews and ratings and return policy.

Sam's online is my go-to place for that.

We put GorillaGlides on the bottom of the chair legs that make it very easy to slide the chairs without having to pick them up and they don’t scratch the floors finish.

Please keep in mind, if you are looking for POLYWOOD, it is a brand - not a generic of plastic lumber. Polywood and TREX are the same thing, owned and produced by the same firm.

Look for the little "Polywood" metal tag on the furniture if you are in any doubt. I do not believe Home Depot or Lowe's sells Polywood. Costco sometimes sells a two-chaise with side table set that is Polywood.

Polywood is of exceptional quality, with high end stainless steel assembly hardware and top notch UV inhibitors. I can't speak to other peoples' experiences, but we have had 7 pieces of polywood in bright red on the dock of the lake house for five intense and humid Tennessee summers and covered in snow in winter without a morsel of fading of that beautiful red color.

Like all solid American companies, the few times I have contacted customer service (wrong piece sent in one box, and a seam tear on a deep-seat 5-inch Sunbrella seat cushion) have been handled quickly, wholly, and without any cost or headache on my part.

I understand the OP wanted to finds purveyor locally so as to attain it same or next day, but for what it is worth, I always prefer to buy directly from the company selling me any product. In this case, polywood (dot com) website. This way if I have an issue, I am dealing directly with the manufacturer who has a vested interest in resolving it, not some third-party who has taken their cut and could care less. Additionally, the third-party does not have the resources or authority to make things right if there is an issue. Some companies figure once they sell to a third-party reseller, you are not their customer - the patio furniture store is their customer.

Caveat emptor, as they say.

This is not Wal-Mart junk, but of course it doesn't come at Wal-Mart prices.

Costco online also has some Polywood furniture. Limited selection of course, but good prices if it happens to be what you're looking for.

Thanks for all the replies, couldn’t find anything for quick delivery, but ended up ordering a set from poly wood…

Thanks you everyone

Just a thought, but if you are a veteran, you can shop on the Exchange website. At a minimum, it's tax free, and if over $50 they deliver for free - Exchange | Military Discount - Tax Free Shopping

They sell patio furniture, and right now they have some pretty good end of season deals going on, depending on what you are looking for. It will take a week or so to get it, so not good if you can't wait.

Only downside is that they constantly have things posted that once you dive into you see "not in stock". Frustrating that they can't clear those things out, or at least let you filter on "in stock only".
