Default Possible Office Building Planned for Brownwood?

Recently TV announced the expansion of Brownwood Paddock Square. Four more buildings will offer retail/service/office space. The buildings are shown on Brownwood Phase 3.

In keeping with the Brownwood theme, the buildings will be "named" Brownwood Train Station, Sandspur Ice Plant, Sebald Saloon and St. John's County Courthouse.

Plans for an additional building were just released. It is on Kiessel Rd, across from the MVP building. It is shown on Brownwood Kiessel Rd.

This one is interesting because it will be two stories tall - just like the building next to it which houses the Developer's offices. Could it be more offices for the Developer or for other TV departments?

Wish they would put in an old Katie Belles Saloon with country western dancing which would really go with Brownwood.

It's a dirt field that was always scheduled for development into commercial property.

All the areas under development for residential property have more green space and preserve areas than anywhere else in The Villages.

For the last few years there were complaints on complaints about how Brownwood wasn't being developed....that SS and Sumter had so much more than Brownwood. Now that it is happening we get complaints that they are developing? Give me strength

Office building rental income...is still income.

Which I posit, is still of the first importance...to Da Family.

It's should now be obvious that both Brownwood and Rohan Rec Center were designed and built knowing the growth that was to come south of SR44. Sounds like good long term planning.

4 years ago it was a dirt field, the grass and weeds have just been reclaiming the land as it sat there awaiting the next phase to be built. Here's what it looked like in 2017.
