We had Edison Concreations do our driveway, walkway, garage, front patio and lanai. 5 years ago and no regrets.

We have had an overlay for 8 years. We have had no trouble with it. We have had it resealed twice, once at year 4 and once just recently; both times with grit added. The company that did ours was Go Concrete Design, no longer in business. There are a couple of companies that now do the same thing, search this site for info but I would not give up on overlays. PM me if you want to come have a look..

Go to Angi’s list and get reviews. I used Concrete Doctor, Lance Fanthorpe and he did a great job for about $2K

We used Carman Galati Garage floor & driveway. They epoxy our garage floor & painted our driveway with design.
I think it was $1200.00 for the driveway.

He dose an excellent job. 353 399 1851

Another vote for Priscilla!!!! Super job 2 1/2 years ago. Still looks new!
She helped with color coordination and design. Price $3500 including epoxy of 3 car garage.

While Cliff does exactly as he says and promises, I have never been so rudely treated by a contractor. My driveway looks exactly like I wanted but don’t bother Cliff with any extra questions. He clearly tells you he has no time to waste. I felt completely bullied during the project’s process. And I was the client! Even though I got exactly what I designed, I was made to feel like I was imposing on his time for the work he was doing. I will use him again only as a last resort.

I agree. When I called Cliff to have the driveway sealed after 2 years after they painted it, he never followed through. I was very disappointed.

We used Driveways by Jay. Excellent work. Ed (352) 874-7765.

They did an excellent job. They use stain not paint. We checked out a friend’s home that Jay more than 10 years earlier. It was in excellent shape with NO maintenance other than occasional pressure washing and spot use of Dawn. No sealer!

We also had him stain and seal the garage with anti slip coating. So much easier to keep clean and less tracking in dust

The price 3 years ago was under $3000.
