For anyone in the market for purchasing a new home, The Villages is currently discounting the price on many new homes.

As of 09/05/2019, there are 58 listed discounted new homes and the homes are discounted approximately 4%. The average savings amounts to about $ 9,000 which can definitely help those potential buyers in making a decision to move to The Villages. The new discounted homes are listed at the bottom of the new home search bar. Good Luck !

There is always a reason why the discounted houses are not selling but if they meet someones criteria 4% is a good discount.

It’s usually the Village is close to being sold out. So discounts are offered to move homes quickly. Same thing happened when we bought in pennacamp and Fernandina.

In the early months of 2017 in Fenney they were discounting them to attract buyers, it worked.

I don’t see the discount mention on the website. Can you post the link or is that board violation?

If you go on The Villages website, go to new homes for sale. The only filter I set was the area filter and chose Fenney/DeSoto. Then I scrolled down to the homes until I found one where the original price had an orange strikethrough mark and the reduced price was shown underneath. In just my brief search, I saw 2 homes in Marsh Bend where the price has been reduced.

I have no idea why I can't see the specials. I search for new homes, the map displays all the homes with the listing on the left. I don't see the specials.
