Default property taxes

does anyone have a ballpark figure on how much property taxes are for a villa with a normal lot in the Brownwood area?

If you know an address you can look up all info. on Sumter County Property Appraiser - Joey Hooten - Bushnell, Florida - 352-569-6800

There is no need for guessing, you can get the exact tax bill for a property in Sumter County on this website. Type in the address and hit 'run search', when it comes up, click on retrieve tax records in the top right corner.

put the address in zillow, you can get taxes and the last time house sold with price

Keep in mind when a property is sold the taxes may increase. Not the bond but the taxes based on the sale price.
