my house in Lynnhaven is assesed for 126,054and the taxable vaule is 101,054, estimated tax for this year is 1398.00. That is taxes only. no bond or anything else. These numbers are from the estimated form from the county tax office. taxes are very good in sumter county

In nut shell: THEY GET YOU NO MATTER WHAT. I think the best thing is no to think about it ,or understand it, pay what you are told and period. :agree:
