Don't care what they have on the lawn. If we complain we must give our name.At least in the district we live in. Wind chimes should not be allowed. And if high winds are coming I wish they lawn ornaments were put away before they are flying objects. Also USAflags lite at night. And the ropes that hold them secure( the sound of those ropes against the pole make dripping water sound musical.).Park your cars and company cars in front of your house. Walk and poops your dog on your lawn. And if you want a cross fine ,just member if someone puts up their religious symbol it is also fine.. As long as you show some restraint so the neighborhood remains clean who really cares. Try putting energy into helping others and being kind. Afterall how many more trips around the sun do you think we all have? Now rant done. Walking into 2025 after 22 years here with thoughts of live and let live. You don't have to be a "Karen" to have a valid complaint about a deed violation. If your neighbor dies with no family to care for it, and the landscapers aren't getting paid so they stop mowing the lawn, the yard becomes nothing but dry patches of weeds and ant infestation, mold starts growing on the outer walls of the house, vines start growing in the roof gutters - then calling to complain about it isn't being a Karen. It's being a resident of the community who doesn't want to be living next door to a trash heap.

This is the most productive attitude, in my opinion. People in general make mountains out of mole hills.

It's never "fine" to have it there just because no one complained about it. If it's a deed restriction it's not allowed period.
