Also, from your experience are they good?? I've checked at grocery stores but nothing jumps out that makes me consider taking any of them home.....but maybe some stores have improved selection etc. I'm not adverse to having them shipped. :icon_hungry:

UPDATE: Emphasis on Gluten-free....not sure about the "t.v. dinners" but will check! I've seen ads online for (I think) Hello Fresh and smilar---that's more of what I was asking about!!

I do hello fresh and they are not premade meals but all the ingredients to make the meal. You still have to cook it. I also don’t know about gluten free maybe a few recipes but limited amount I am sure.

Mom's Meals

Twice when I got out of the hospital, my insurance company had several days of breakfasts, dinners, and snacks sent to me.

Publix has ready to eat miso salmon dinners, & a few others, by their fish station. They’re fresh & ready to be heated & have always been very good. About 8-10$. (Salmon with rice or Brussels or?) They’re the best quick meals which are tasty.

TV dinners. We used to call 'em that at any rate...don't know what they're called now but I still pick one up now and again. They offer gluten-free as well as regular.

Commercially prepared meals are filled with additives. Don't eat 'em. Some examples of ultra-processed foods are ready-to-eat meals, packaged baked goods, snacks, sugary cereals, and carbonated drinks. These items undergo multiple industrial processing steps and typically contain colorings, emulsifiers, flavorings, and other additives. They are also often high in added sugars, fats, and salts, while low in fiber and vitamins.

There are a lot of good quick and easy items at Publix, you just need to add a side dish or veggie. A couple come to mind are their cabbage rolls and Rotisserie as well as fried chicken, there are others but I can't think of them.

And their food is priced right. The subs are really good.
