Honestly, after doing a little research--Rutt's Hutt in NJ--consistantly voted best hot dogs in the US--check out their website

Thanks, I will try this! They have Absolute pear at Publix, Winn Dixie and ABC liquors.

Oops, I left out the last part of the garnish, which is a sprig of basil.

Thanks for the tip on the Absolute. Originally I thought they were talking about pear eau de vie, which used to be in the recipe.

No one has any better right to tell what is delicious than the next guy.

Across the world some of the best tasting meals are served on newspaper in the back streets and don't cost much. Some are served at high priced restaurants to. If you listen to other people here you will be amazed at the things they have accomplished. The greatest surprises often come from those who are quiet and humble. How much money people have has little to do with the amazing things they have done on this earth or whether or not they know what is good to eat.

I think it means everyone has opinions, and who cares. But I could be wrong.

Same discussion over and over. Those who feel they have superior taste are never going to be convinced that they are not in Kansas anymore and that they need to get a grip on reality.

You are right. Perhaps if I had grown up in the environment of a lot of family restaurants like those found in New York, I too would feel differently. I think that I don't like when people look down on others and dismiss them because of their taste in food...…...or anything for that matter.
