No problem in the village of Pinellas- grocery lines at Sweetbay are nonexistent , and a great group of golfers here! Maybe the groups he has been playing with are ...

Their contract for water hook-ups runs out at the end of 2015.

Went to SweetBay today 'cause they had a $10 off a $40 purchase. Very disappointed in lack of selection and empty shelves. The only reason I went was because of the coupon which has now been offered two weeks in a row so they obviously are trying to drum up business. But until they can meet the selection and quality of Publix they are beating their head against a wall. When I couldn't find a box of frozen spinach I told my husband if they offered me free food I will never go back to SweetBay.

Now that is a strong statement...............................and never can be a long, long time.

Now THAT is something I had not even thought about. There is always a reason for everything. How do you know about that?

Disagreement Is Not Disloyalty

Hi villagerjack: Let me acknowledge that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That is my way of saying we all look at the same thing but draw very different conclusions. It is a fact that Americans can't stand ..standing in line that is why TaskRabbit has such a bustling business.

I have been here since 2006 and believe I am correct in stating that each subsequent off season has shown an increase in population. I still believe we have plenty of people living in and around TV to support businesses. As to restaurants they fold all the time mostly because of poor management.

Yes you can play late in the day for $5 in summer but the championship courses charge more per round in prime season (Oct thru May) than most off campus so in my view it is wash.

I have always been perplexed that a number of people on this forum view disagreement as disloyalty when t comes to expressing concerns regarding TV. I may not like the crowds but it does not follow that I do not like TV Some folks always make that assumption and there simply is no way to correct their thinking

Personal Best Regards

What does this mean?

She gave me some number and then I asked how many closing agents they had. I figured out they were doing apx. 300 closings a week...that alone would be 3,600 a year...two years ago. For sure they are selling more than 3,600 a year. But what is the number?

If someone is about to close, when they go for their closing, they should just ask how many closings they are doing a day to their closing agent. And then how many agents are working on closings. Voila! It woudl be interesting to know.

300 closings a week????

Does this just apply to Sumter County water hook-ups, or does it also include Lake County water hook-ups, which is St John's river basin?

If you think this is too crowded then you should move out of Florida during Snowbird season. We are no different that any other popular spot in Florida at this time if year. Whats the rush ..Your retired!
