Default Recommendatio for 6 mile running path in TV (without a lot of tunnels)

Do any of you runners have a good running path to recommend for 12 miles roundtrip? Preferably not very complicated with too many turns, tunnels, etc, since the runner is only visiting TV.

My son is coming to visit and he wants me to set him up for a run path so he can do practice runs for the half marathon he is running in May (up north). We live in St. James, near the gate.....so we drove around but couldn't seem to find a 6 mile path without a lot of tunnels. He want to run 6 miles and then return, for a total of 12 miles.

Thanks for any advice.

Good luck finding that. Only place I seen would be 2 1/2 to maybe 3 miles one way on Mulberry Trail. guess he could go up and down 5 or 6 times. No tunnels, one street to cross and some traffic on the trail. couple small hills.

Start at the Shay gate and run east on Tarrson. Go left on Mark and right on Schwartz. Run the entire length of Schwartz until you get to Paradise.
Turn left on Wales Plaza and get back on Tarrson. Run back to the Shay gate and that's about 6 miles.

There are a lot of little variations to make it longer or shorter.

Start at Pinellas place near @ the Gilchrist gate run to the east to Morse south to Hillsborough west to buena vista north to Pinellas. This is just about 7 miles running on sidewalks & multimodal paths without going through any tunnels.
