Ronnie. Music is every night at the three squares. Pools are everywhere but not saunas. Recreation centers are too. Neighborhood ones and Regional ones that have art room, and work out room and pools with lanes. If you rent a home here you will probably get a guest pass from the owner.

MVP Health Club at Brownwood has a sauna in both the men's and ladies lockerrooms. If you have United Health Medicare Advantage with The Villages, membership to MVP is free. Otherwise joining MVP would be $62 a month for one or $102 for a couple plus tax. There is also an MVP at Spanish Springs Square.

“with The Villages” being the key phrase.

Not all United Health Medicare Advantage plans are eligible.

Since the OP is in Canada, I highly doubt they have TV medicare advantage.
MVP has day passes for guests but probably not worth it just for a sauna.

If you are taking the "lifestyle visit" offered by The Villages you can use the gym at the recreation center for free. My parents just did it in November and went to work out every day. No sauna in the rec. centers though. Music is live at the 3 town squares each night. Pool...billiards? There are open pool tables in the rec. centers with open play times. Pool...swimming...you can go to any pool in the village that is not at a country club with your lifestyle visit.

If you are renting for a week, ask your agent or property owner to get you visitor's passes for the week. There is a small charge to use the gym at the rec. center with the visitor's pass. You need the visitor's pass to use the rec. center pool tables and swimming pools. They are both free.

Sports pools are for residents only and they must be at least 30 years old--

And, if you have Medicare Advantage coverage with other companies like Humana and you have Silver Sneakers and you can join several great gyms very close, just outside the bubble. Several gym memberships would run you hundreds of dollars per month normally.Too Your Health on 441 has a sauna, hot tub, indoor pool, racketball courts etc etc all free for silver sneaker members.
